The Earth is a beautiful blue pearl full of water and life, animals and plants, birds and people. This blue pearl is our home. A place to be born, live and die. A place to create. A place to be loved and to love, to learn, serve and share what we have.
A small piece of my story
I began painting when I was 30 years old, in the year 2000. The brush became my companion during a time when I was going through a major physical health challenge. My encounter with the hard side of life and then an experience with a love so great that I had no words, made me turn to the brush, colors and landscape to describe the oddities of life - the good, true and beautiful, and the dark, evil and the deeply human stuff that sometimes meets us.
Places like Hardanger have given me a hole lot of inspiration to paint when I am there with my wonderful wife, our kids, family and friends.
